server drops my connection while hsoting games

could someone help me? i have dsl and well after about 20mins hosting a game my serverdrops the connection and im forced to re-start my comp because when i try to reconect it times out. Ive tried the annilizer and it said my mtu should be set to 1500 but i dont know how so if anyone has the answer to these two questions PLEASE help me!!
