I realize I probably won't stay there very long, since most of these top guys run more than 1 machine, but what a rush! I just checked my stats this morning and I am in the # 4 position on work performed in last 168 hours. I printed it out so I can at least prove that I made it once. Thanks for the advice on OCing my box. dropped back to 138/34 by 10x. No heat problems yet. Also installed other 256 megs ram. If this latest monster protien A packet that I'm running is the same size as the last 2, my numbers tell me I'll be cutting 55 to 60 minutes off my time!! BTW what is that new thermal solution of yours? If I keep this up I'm probably going to need it.:D

i'm coming up right behind you :D watch out :D I woulda had more but my puter was down for 5 hours. damn! I really like the competition. I just don't see how we can get the team score past lucidsoft. They keep pulling away.

YoS is adding his dual processors soon. That'll help.

My main computer keeps on getting the proteinA. Takes 19 hours to finish :( . I want more points for that!!
I read on the F@H official board that'll their going to rebenchmark ProteinA, so we'll get more points for the work probably!

I've never really understood the WU/point ratio or how you know how many points your gonna get for your current work. It dosen't really matter I was just wondering how its figured. I look at the team members scores and I can have less WU but a higher score. Do they determine which protein to send you by how long it took you to process the last one you did..

Wooohooo........looks like the folding team is gonna hit a full head of steam! With new members aboard and some of you adding more processing power!

RYO....my solution so far for temps?

See this thread!!! (http://forums.speedguide.net/showthread.php?s=&threadid=67517)

Not as good as some, but you can still hear yourself think!! Not to shabby for a quiet solution.

teh dual rig will only be a 1ghz celeron most likely for a bit, but that plus my 1.71ghz athlon will have me at about 3.7ghz folding power :D
