I am planning/trying to move my Charter cable connection over to a new box (not behind a router). I have adjusted every setting to exactly how it is on my old box (the one I coming to you on now). I've setup my mail but it does not work. When I run winipcfg it just hangs. ?? I cannot get through to the internet or mail. Protocols are installed etc..
I have a email/service call into them but these guys take about a day to get back to you if at all so I thought I check here.

BTW: over the past several months I've sent charter approx 9 emails and have only be responded to 3 times. Their customer service sucks.
