tweaks propagate thru network?

hi,

I'm sharing a cable connection via a server and 2 nics.

Just wondering if i tweaked the server would the result propagate thru the network? i.e. would users on the network notice a difference?

I'm assuming they wouldn't really since there is a seperate nic controlling info to differen't pc's via a hub.

Plus would there be any point in me doing the tweaks on my pc if it's not connected directly to the cable modem?

I would tweak all puters:) , they don't have to be same numbers, but put Optimizer on server, then client:)
