downloaded and got Genome Spy Running....

Custom = K6-2 500 P(Index) = 0.9861%
Athlon = 1.4ghz Athlon TBird = 7.3836%
MSI = Celeron 950mhz = 4.6065%

the K6-2 500mhz seems VERY slow to me..PIndex wise...

how is it calculated....
I looked through the Webpage a bit but didn't find the info I was looking for....

On this one I have to plead ignorance. Lots of numbers that are over my head, however, according to the "bubble help"........

PI= '100%=Finishing a 30WU Gene in 1 Hour' therefore it seems to me it's a relative measurement/baseline.

Your right that is does seem slow, my P3 800 =4.30160 % and the 900 Celeron =4.28653 %

That make sense at 6.00AM, and only 1 cup of coffee?

does 4% diff. sound OK? from your 1.6ghz to my 1.4ghz
or is yours clocked higher ATM?

i checked it this morning and it in the low 5's.im using the ramdisk on this one also

mine might score higher because of my fsb speed i dunno

no, the p4 score looks right... the low end (1.6 and lower) willamette p4's SUCK!, so the 1.3 on par with a 950 celly looks right.
