{Optimizing net} is not new.I first used this site three yrs ago when tweakfiles was still up and running.I Still recommend this site to friends,for tweaking their Tcp.etc.
By the way tweakfiles is now operating,under new name www.majorgeeks.com/ Stop in and say hello to Tim and Jim and the rest of the gang. :D
