Settiing up Linksys Befsr41 on CoX cable

I just got a Linksys Befsr41 router. I had been using a hub to network my 3 computers. I am using Cox cable internet. I need help setting up the network. I have read the Linksys info on using their router with Cox cable. So far I can't connect to the net. Anyone on Cox using this router know how to get it to work? Any help would be appreciated.

You may need to clone the MAC address of the PC you registered your cable modem service with on the router. Or you can always have Rogers register your router's WAN port MAC address.

After a week and a half of no internet, this finally fixed it. It was the MAC address. Appearantly with Cox's new system it detects the MAC address of your NIC. I guess you must either use a router to be able to use more than one system or pay for an IP address for each computer.
