I am using a Realtek 8209AS here. I am home a network using a Linksys Router and a Terayon Modem. If I set the card to Full Duplex, after 10 min or so the net would stop, completely. Strangely, it happens on other computers that are on the network too. I had to Power Cycle the modem for the net to work again.

Anyone have any ideas how to?

I'd be suspicious of the Linksys.

Unless you are using the network to pass data between local machines setting the card to full duplex does nothing to help you as the cable modem is half-duplex. There are also occasional problems with autonegotiation.

I was just exploring the possibilities so that i can add something on the review. Could it be Data collision that is the black sheep here?

How many computers are on the network and what are they doing?

1 Client Upstairs. Directly connected to the router.
1 Server, the one I am posting on right now, and the home of the Realtek cards.
1 Client Downstairs, connected through the second Realtek card on the server instead of using the router.

Do you have any software that will show you network errors?

What rig are you changing to Full duplex?

Why not leave as auto negotiate, then see what they all connect at.
