RAM drive......how do I make it?

Can someone show me how to make a RAM drive for internet cache folder.

If you have NT or 2000 email me and I will send you a killer little "free" Ramdrive install program. You do nothing but Click install. It also works in XP, but, the install is a little tricky. I use it in XP PRO with a 50 MB RAMDRIVE it is a killer little program~!~
