Charter Cable

Does anyone know what are the best settings for charter?? I am using Xp Pro, with a 2000+ Amd System.

Is there a software program out there that will help me gain more speed.

They only offer 1 ! package, where I live at now, which is 512 down, and 128 up.

I had to move out of a DSL area where I got 1.7 Down And 256 UP!!!!!

I MISS it already!

Any Ideas, I am all ears!!
