I have installed a Belkin 4 port cable gateway/router. It has 4 workstations attached. All instructions were followed in the setup.
All computers access the internet and work fine with one exception.
IF only the first computer setup to access the internet is turned on, the internet will load the homepage about halfway and stop.
If one of the other workstations is powered up, the # 1 computer accesses the internet at high speed. All the setting look good to me, of course, I am not a network expert. Is the IP Forwarding shown under winipcfg for the # 1 computer supposed to be checked ?
It is for the # 1 workstation but not for the others.
