i need put my server in the DMZ (in front of the router), betwin the modem and the router, but my modem and my router is one hardware.

DMZ is a logical location, not a physical one. If your router/modem supports DMZ, you should be able to add any client via it's admin tool (usually by listing the internal ip address of the server you want exposed). No special physical configuration should be required.

but my modem/router configuratons is too poor, dont have port foward.. what configuration or parameter i looking for?

You might want to purchase a router that does enable port forwarding. I don't know how else you will do this without a router or proxy that supports forwarding...
