Disabling Automatic Windows Update

I've done this before on Windows ME, but I'm now running XP and I don't remember how to disable the Automatic Update in Feature Windows Me. I usually can figure it out by messing around, exept my friends pc is no were near were I live and I'm doing this over the phone.

start > settings > control panel > automatic updates > select disable


btw its best to post in the software forum for stuff like this, not the case mod forum lol
