Ok...heres the layout...I have a cable modem running into a 3com router...then 2 cables comming off that into 2 seperate Pc's....Both have internet access.....and networking is not the Issue....but If someone could lay it out in easy to understand terms...as to how to get My FTP server....and my UT server through the router....I'd be forever grateful.....
If anyone knows what ports exactly have to be forwarded for UT....I'd be grateful as well.

What you want to do is make your server have a static IP address, assign the gateway and DNS settings also. Leave WINS disabled. Run UT in batch file dedicated server mode, run it through web admin.
Poke around the above website for quite a while. They have a fully illustrated "How to" using a Linksys router, just can't find it, haven't hung out there in years.
FTP is usually port 21.

7776 I've done because some routers, if you specify from 7777 up, will close the doors too tightly, sort of speak. Opening up one extra port on each end sometimes helps. 7776 isn't required by the game, but many people have had less problems opening up an extra on each flank, realizing all routers aren't created equal.
