Urgently Need Asistance! Life Or Death Question!

i had 2 machines.
first machine had 2 ethernet adapters.
1 of these had an internet conecction ADSL type.
the second adapter had a second machine.
Both machines had windows XP

the problem is this:
in the first machine works everything fine.
in the second machine had a problem with some urls

example:
www.ciudad.com.ar doesn't works!
www.telecom.com.ar WORKS!
www.speedguide.net doesn't works!
www.clarin.com WORKS!

So you are saying that you were using ICS to share your internet connection? (2 network cards in a server machine and 1 in the client machine).

yes.
2 ethernet cards in server machine
and 1 eterhnet card in client machine

Possible you have WINS Resolution disabled when it should be Use DHCP for WINS resolution in your tcp/ip settings?

When the server is conected to internet, has the DHCP enable, and it get all the info to the server.
And the client machine hast to resolve all trought the info that the server get, i do this with a lot of lan's, and it work allways god, but this time, i had the problem, that some urls works and other doesn't work
