I wana setup an FTP after I enable IIS from add/remove programs what I do ?? I just need some steps..

Islam: I was trying to poke around MS's site to find a"how to" for you but I wasn't successful. To be honest it's pretty straight foward and you shouldn't have any problems figuring it out. Install IIS 5.0 and then fire up Computer Management/ Services and Applications and then FTP .. poke around and you'll find the settings you need.
here found this for ya .. should help you out... lemme know how you make out. Get it installed and we'll go from there.
