I'm seriously starting to hate my isp. I play quake3 and i'm getting more and more complaints about my connection. The pings are spikey (20-130), but thats not a big problem in my opinion. i DO have a problem with my connection being so choppy. It makes me "warp" all over the place (to people playing me) but leaves me seeing people perfectly smooth. It makes me feel like i'm cheating or something, but all my internet settings are right :(. Maybe its my ****** computer ;) I have a K6-2 450MHz and 448MB RAM.

It's your ping times.

no... its not ping :) With q3 you can ping 300 and still be smooth as a baby's ass. Besides, i can ping as low as 14ms and still be choppy.
