RTCW Invalid Cd Key when i load Additional Maps

Any help would be apprecitated just bought it today so i could join in on the fun at 4pm EST. And i can not get the additional maps to work. Looked through RTCWFiles Forum could not find any info there on it neither.

Please help me and my son want to join in on the fun.

Sorry I didn't see this earlier....are you getting the invalid cd key before or after you're putting in the new maps?

Have you tried putting the cd key back in just to see if maybe you've entered it in wrong?


Just fyi, I haven't put any new maps on the rtcw server yet....

It was after installing the maps. I went back in and re-input the CD-Key after loading them and it worked like a charm. I racked my brain on it almost all day and night. And at about 8pm CDT i did that and it worked. Now we are ready to play.

Cool...glad to hear you've gotten it fixed...I've got the RtCW server up and running right now, but there may not be anyone in there...I'll have to figure out a time to get everyone together again :)
