Sorry, but you cannot access the configuratin of your modem. The ISP has the only access.

No, we're happy to discuss the mechanics of DOCSIS modems. They are designed such that the configuration of the modem and upgrades to the operating software can only be loaded from the WAN side. The CMTS specifies the IP address of the TFTP server that furnishes the configuration files and upgrades. It is apparently bullet-proof.
