Tweaks messed up ping

I installed 236926USA8.EXE, PH_Webtweak9x.zip, and a .zip file that an an .inf file in it... Installed them... and now I download faster but pings in counter-strike are terrible... any ideas?

i didn't think tweaks for the TCP/IP stack affected gaming performance. is there some program running that is a tweak of some kind. perhaps a caching program or

Tweaking your connection will not change you ping.. So you really cant do anything about it its all on your ISP's side :D
