Ok guys, I have Win XP, 384 mb DDR ram, ISDN (single channel thats supposed to be dual), 1.4 ghz processor, 20 gig harddrive. I ping like 180 on servers and it is extremley laggey. What kind of setting should i set for good ping? I dont really care about fast download times just ping. I am a cser...

Well, Ping is all about how smooth the tranfer-data goes, so top-notch equipment is probably the keyword here, as well as you can't tweak pings from your side, but could from the ISP.

I cant change my rwin or max mtus to tweak my isdn?

Sure you can, find a ISDN tweaking site or spend a few extra $$ and get DSL or Cable, then we can really help you, ISDN is about one inch from Welcome and you have mail, lol:) :)
