I'm am a recent subscriber to MSN with DSL broadband.
I have a computer (PC) on my desk connected to a university network and I frequently need to transfer files between my work PC & my home PC.
Prior to subscribing DSL, I could dial up the university through the modem line (@ 56K), remote login to a UNIX account on the server in my area, run a slip emulator and then use Windows explorer to map to the drives on the PC in my office. It worked great but was slow, which is why I got the DSL.
I was also able to run a browser at home and collect email sent to my university address.
How can I do this over DSL?
