F5 & RTCWolfenstein

Hi

Thought I would clarify my challenge. In RTCW...F5 does flash on the screen " Game Saved"...however...it's not saved from that very point ( like I'm used to with "Max Payne")

Is it my settings or Is this the way F5 works on RTCW ??
