Cox Cable problems..

My friend in Virgina Beach Virgina has Cox cable and he did the conversion kit and did everything he was told to do.. but his connection isn't stable anymore. He'll be on ICQ or just surfing the web with IE and it will loss connection for a few minutes and then start working again. Does it about every 5 minutes. He had @home and that worked fine.. but now it's just not working correctly. I was hoping someone could lead us the right way to get it fixed. Thank you.

I'm in Portsmouth, Virginia and am experiencing the same things. I procrastinated and haven't made the change over yet.... but I think I probably already have thru DHCP.. just haven't changed user info for email. I do think it'll get straightend out in the next few days. Stuff happens when you're switching networks, don't we all know? :rolleyes:
