ISDN and Ping

Ok guys, I have Win XP, 384 mb DDR ram, ISDN (single channel thats supposed to be dual), 1.4 ghz processor, 20 gig harddrive. I ping like 180 on servers and it is extremley laggey. What kind of setting should i set for good ping? I dont really care about fast download times just ping. I am a cser...

lower your rwin will lower your ping just play with the rwin numbers go in tweek part of this forum ask (LOBO) for lows rwin give him specs and OS..... use cablenuts (www.broadband.com and speed guides patchs install cablenut 1st all so turn some Services to manul go to (www.tweakxp.com/tweakxp/.com they got a gamer services in ther under per... and kill your background programs anti virus ect.... whats your up and down bandwith speeds 180 mabye fastest for isdn?...... and what kind of video card?



do all that tweeken it should help....
also ping the severs in run type ping
