Ideally, we would all like fast upload and download speeds, low pings, and minimal latency when gaming online. To this end, I pose the question: How should you setup your system for maximal performance for online gaming?
Should the RWIN (GlobalMaxTcpSize) be lower or higher?
Should Scaling be on or off?

Specifically for Windows XP, what services are you guys running or have disabled?
