Hey..

I'm playing a game, and I'm receiving 8 FPS at the max when I'm moving. This is for Direct3d Mode... If I was playing Diablo II, I would switch to Direct2d and get up to 40 FPS....

But this game only has Direct3d mode..

Can anyone give me some tweaks to increase my FPS?

I have a crappy graphx card...

Cough...

trey lowering some of the effects to a lower setting. will get more fps but quality will go out the door. how bad does it look??

I used intel onboard video until recently and i could play all the newest games out and it still looked ok. I used to get about 28fps with onboard in UT and now i get anywhere between 75-110 fps with a geforce2.

Well, I play online..

and it looks very skippy...

There is no way to describe it..

But..

Try this..

You are loading 100 things at once, and downloading 200 more things, and watching a movie, and you are almost at of RAM.... I can't think of a better description. :(
