outlook address book question

I'm updating a contacts list at work, (on MS outlook) and I have just noticeced that the contact list only displays an entry if it has an email address or a fax number. Some of the contats that I have have only phone number, and so are not displayed when I search for them. Is there a way to display these contacts with the outlook contact list?

just as a quickie, how about putting "x" in where email or fax should go...
