Some of the function codes may be unique to your system. If you go here and download this free program it will provide you with some of the answers.http://www.gregorybraun.com/ and http://www.sysinternals.com
PS2 is the mouse.
Rundll32 The Run DLL utility (Rundll32.exe) included in Windows enables you to call functions exported from a 32-bit DLL.
I don't know what the third one is but I hope this helps.
You might find the answere here.

If you take the (msconfig.exe) in Windows 98, file and copy it to a floppy, cd, or zip, put it in the winnt folder in Windows 2000 Pro, you can then go to Start > Run and then type msconfig. You will see an error (cannot read...), just hit OK a few times, then magically you will see your start menu and you can just start unchecking. Pretty cool. You don't have to hack the registry.
Some programs don't show up here, but they show up in the Startup folder. A lot of programs don't show up in your Startup folder yet, but when you go to msconfig you'll see them.

there is no eqivalent (that I know of) for
msconfig.exe in win2k. If you want to remove startup settings, just look in
the registry under:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Run
Runonce
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\
Run
Runonce
RunonceEx
RunServices
...and you can add/remove any of these options manually. I hope this at
least helps a little.
