mpeg splicing ?

how would one go about putting a bunch of small mpeg's together to make one large one ?

you now the free ones you get as "sneak peeks";)

is there a free program to do that ?

I noticed you have XP home.... doesn't that come with movie maker?

I personally use adobe premier. but if you have EZCD creater 5 I believe you can use that as well. I also believe there are few freebie programs out there as well not powerful but for your needs. simple cutting and pasting clips is rather easy in a descent video editor. Movie maker should do it on Mpeg. I never used it though.
