OK in XP pro, where do I go to edit the group policies. Basically I want to see specifics of what each user of the computer can do with their account, and I want to be able to edit those properties. Where do I to get that?? I know of gpedit.msc and there were some good things in there, but I want to be able to edit things for just one user account and not the whole computer. Most things in there are system wide and not just for individual users. There were some very good options in gpedit but if I enable them it effects all users of the computer.

Also does windows2000 allow you to create user accounts and not allow people to logon to the computer without entering in a password like win98 and me???

Same sort of question does win2k have services like group policy and the gpedit.msc?

Thanks,
Matt

You didn't make yourself clear in your other post.

Maybe what you're looking for is Control Panel >Administrative Tools>Local Security Policy>Local Policies>User Rights Assignment
