Ultraplayer, Anyone use it?

I've been looking at their site and some of the reviews. I was just wondering if it installs any spyware etc... And, if you use it how do you like it.

I looked hard and deep! i could find only two references that it was spyware, from cnet user reviews. I'm interested in as well. Let me know what you find. I am slighty tolerant of spyware, since I can block most of it. Howver, I dont mind mp8, so I wont download it until I know it's not going to mess up my computer.
