In the hopes of increasing my cable internet speed, I downloaded one of your registry tweaking programs. But after installing it, I noticed my computers were no longer recognizing the network. What can I do to go back to my old registry settings?

I've fixed it. No problem anymore. :)

what was the problem? I am interested in knowing, it doesn't seem right that one of the programs we have would cause that problem.

I don't think there was a problem. For some reason, my network wasn't working but a few minutes later it came back up. Go figure.
