This has probably been asked before, but the search feature won't take 'xp' so that makes looking difficult. Anyway how do I allow windows xp to use 100% of my bandwidth?

It has been released by Tech TV that the QoS feature only works on QoS enabled networks, which your home and the internet are not. So enabling it, or disabling it will make no difference.
