There is a batch of servers i have to go through to get to a certain servers and or anywhere. Qwest servers that is. During peak times they have 90% PL pings up to 500 and such. I've tried emailing them calling them and everything short of going to there doorstep. How do i get them to fix whatever problems they may be having?

Well, Its Qworst what do you expect? Their routers are probably 10 years old. They most likely have 2000 Too Many People on one Blade. Most you can truely do is A.) Complain till something happens(Bad Idea b/c sometimes they will ban you from Tech Support for say a week or so for being rude or annoying. Or B.) Get another line. Although that might not be a choice. You might try seeing if their is another Sub-Contractor you can go through While still keeping Qworst.

unfortunately, there isn't much you can do to get them to change their equipment. You can complain all ya want but, I doubt it does much good. You could have all the customers in your area sign a petition, but still it prolly won't help. It costs money to upgrade equipment and generally you can't just change one piece so it is a very costly issue and all they care about is making money usually customer satisfaction is a low proirity, no matter what they say. if you want to find what path you take to get somewhere (what servers you go through) do a tracert or trace route. start > run > cmd > tracert speedguide.net
now as far as changing your routing, well that is mandated by the ISP equipment and the traffic as far as what the route you take is.
the first server you always have the same, usually the second one too
beyond that it is up to the ISP and then to the www
sorry I prolly confused ya more than anything
