Fellow AT&T Users: How fast can we go?

Ok, I downloaded Cablenut and changed my settings again. Hahahahahaha....*sigh*, well I had to try right?

Locked at 65550 (or whatever the value is)..says my downloads are limited to 382kb/s (or something like that).

And yet the best, and I mean best, I have been able to get is 142K....I had a download start out at 380K, then watched it drop lower and lower until it stablized at 170k or so.

*sigh*

Is this about the best I can expect to get?
Before on @Home, I averaged 400K down and on occastion hit 780K sustained...never higher than that.

Can anyone comment?

All devices on ATTBI are capped at 1.5m down / 128k up

And that translates to what, exactly......380Kb/s or so?

1.5/8 right?

I'm still not seeing anywhere near those speeds, which I just don't understand... :(

That would be 187.5 KBps notincluding TCP/IP overhead. I'd say you'd see around 150-160 maximum. As far as upstream goes, 16KBps maximum.
