Page loading times??????

is there any way that I can speed up my page loading time
ie: just to load speedguides page it took almost 2 min
I am on cable dont know what else to do
I have tryed it all different hours at least 10 different times today

Try downloading the Web_Tweak patch for your OS located here in the middle of the page.
