WEIRD problem...

ive went to many bandwidth tests, and i seem to download stuff fine, but in game(Halflife) on all servers i ping like 150-200.. i sometimes have a good ping but then it will just spike up for awhile.. i dunno how to fix this... help plz?

What type of connection do you have Half Life set up for?

ur download speed for cable will not really affect ping. It is the time that the routers sends the data thats the prob
