Wolfenstein MP problems

Simply, I can't get it to do anything.

Anytime I hit the button saying "Multiplayer", it immediately freezes, with a half of second of sound looping. At first, I thought it was Zone Alarm causing it since the connection confirmation box also popped up. But after I already gave it access, and therefore it won't ask for it, it still does it.

Are there any known problems with the multiplayer aspect of this game, or is this a unique problem?

Have two computers running it fine...been through Test Demo 2, Test Demo 2, and the full version now. Run a public server with it too.

What do you use for protocols? Perhaps Zone Alarm, I don't like or use software firewalls....seem to cause way to many problems for gaming.
