xp and roxio 5.0 platinum

still haven't got it to work yet...

tried the XP patches from roxio.com
tried the aspi layer update
done numerous installs, re-installs, removing and reinstalling but still no luck


any new ideas for me??

Did you actually buy the software? You have to download the 5.2 update which is not a problem but you have to download the XP UP update from the Roxio site... or from somewhere else of course :D If you decide to download the XP UP update from Roxio.com you will need proof of purchase, a registration code of some sort.
