Shutdown

Windows98 had this great feature of shutting the computer off completely when I utilized the shut down computer button. For some reason or the other XP likes to act like W95 and make you physically turn the machine off. Does anyone know if there is a way to make XP act like W98?

start > control panel > performance and maintance > system > hardware >device manager > view > show hidden devices

then look for something with a red x (NT apm/legacy) means it's disable, enable it and then u'll be able to close down automatically without the physical effort that it takes to press the off button ....u lazy sod lol;)
