ok i have been using @home for 3 years now and speedguide.net has sqeezed every ounce of cable out for me (thanx). but now @home is no more and charter has setup a new service PIPELINE.
well since the change everything is full speed except for the web.
internet explorer takes 3-5 min to pull up a page sometimes gives time out error. but online games ping low, email pulls right up, IRC downloads are quick just the internet is slow.
Has anyone seen this also or does anyone have a possible solution. I emailed them nothing, and calling them is a joke right now they are like are you connecting......ok that is all we are worring about right now we will fix this prob later? F#K THAT!!!!
