XP Upgrade or Full version?

Which should I buy? I have heard that you can basically format your pre-XP hard drive when installing XP.

What do you guys and gals think?

All you need is a valid copy of Win 9x or ME and the upgrade becomes a full version. And yes, you can install clean with the upgrade or full version.

Be very, VERY careful using a warez version of your OS. There are qyite a few people that have downloaded XP and have had horrible, horrible problems.
