Now that I have a 10 Mb connection I have to dump my Linksys 4 port router. It just doesn't perform well enough. So does anyone have opinions on the Netgear MR314 wired/wireless router?

hmm... 10 Mb?
If the linksys doesnt work well enough for you then pretty much any other broadband router wont do any better, unless you get some expensive Cisco router(but those arent cheap and they arent meant for broadband (atleast not in the case were talking about)).

linksys is cheap and slow and can't handle much of a load. if you need more performance with a router thats still cheap and fairly easy to administer choose either netgear or nexland with nexland being my first choice.

Thanks very much guys. I'll get one of those routers and give this Linksys to somebody that won't mind. I'll let you know how I do.
Thanks again
