Where is it in the registery?

I am using Windows XP

You can do it through CableNut. Open CablenNut. If you haven't run it before then select your OS ( for XP select Windows 2000).

Enter RWIN in the following 3 places: DefaultReceiveWindow, GlobalMaxTcpWindowSize and TcpWindowSize
