Ok I set my RWIN to 513920 and after looking at the TCP/IP Analyzer results I saw that all the numbers that might work well as my RWIN value were doubled with 513920 being the highest... So i doubled that and added it to the registry and checked out the TCP/IP Analyzer again and notice a increase in what the DefaultRcvWindows limits me too... So is there any harm in leaving it this high? or what? thanks in advance

You are free to do what you want. High RWIN or low. What it comes down to is how are your pings, download/upload speeds, etc. Depending on the time of day, or day of the week, I use a low or high RWIN.

My download speeds were around 150kb/sec on average... and my pings were pretty low... but after changing this I haven't had enough time to see what my average download speed is... but I have noticed my pages loading a He** of alot faster..... than before....
