I installed the TCP/IP Optimizer and it messed up my settings. Here is the Analyser report. I tryed to get things back to as close as I remember. Please tell me if there is ne thing else I can do. I want to get the best settings.

MTU = 1500
MTU is fully optimized for broadband.

MSS = 1460
Maximum useful data in each packet = 1460, which is equal to MSS.

Default Receive Window (RWIN) = 128480
RWIN Scaling (RFC1323) = 1 bits
Unscaled Receive Window = 64240
RWIN is a multiple of MSS
Other values for RWIN that might work well with your current MTU/MSS:
513920 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 8)
256960 (MSS x 44 * scale factor of 4)
64240 (MSS x 44)

bandwidth * delay product:
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 5139.2 kbps (642.4 KBytes/s) @ 200ms
Your RcvWindow limits you to: 2055.68 kbps (256.96 KBytes/s) @ 500ms

MTU Discovery (RFC1191) = ON

Time to live left = 35 hops
TTL value is ok.

Timestamps (RFC1323) = OFF

Selective Acknowledgements (RFC2018) = ON

IP type of service field (RFC1349)= 00000000

Everythinf looks ok. Take a speed test and post the results here.

Well, you should know that you should back up your registry before making any changes to it. That's the number one tweaking rule... What did you think the analyzer would do? Keep your settings at what they were? No...

If you posted your settings before, just search for that post.
