Visual Concepts rapes EA Sports. Too bad there's no NFL2K2 for PC, now you're stuck with the inferior Madden.

As for patches...*laughs at PC gamer*...you can probably get the standalone exe file from their website.

Nah, I remember the Dark Ages when Madden reigned supreme. Of course, before Madden was the almighty Tecmo Bowl for NES.

MADDEN 2002 KILLED MY VIDEO PERFORMANCE....ok so heres the set up....i installed it...played it for a few..fun fun..anyway i started noticeing that my grfx performance was suckin all the sudden...(o by the way it waz the warez version so iam sure that didnt help) anyway i ask on SG hardware...and madonion and knowone knows why my grfx start suckin....i reinstalled all drivers and evern uninstalled and reinstalled DX8....so here iam gettin ready to reformat winderz and someone on the madonion msg board asks me if i happend to have installed maden2002.,....i waz like whoa....anyway i uninstalled that and reinstalled DX8 and now everything runs perfect....wierd...just thought i would holla...o the thing it really messes up is the vertex shader..
