Follow the steps below.
If your OS is Win 95 or 98 download and install the vtcp.386 fix available here:
http://www.speedguide.net/Cable_mod...e_patches.shtml near the bottom of the page. Follow the install instructions.
Download and install CableNut Adjuster available here:
http://broadbandnuts.com/software.shtml it's at the bottom of the page. If you have CableNut already installed skip to the next part.
Then download and install Speed Guide patch for your OS (if running XP download the Win 2K patch) available here http://www.speedguide.net/Cable_mod...e_patches.shtml again follow install instructions. Reboot so changes take affect.
Take the SG Analyzer test again to see if changes were made then do this speed test and post results here.

Open up the Cablenut Adjuster and choose your OS if it asks you to. If not click on the Options Tab then Choose Operating System and select Windows 95.
I need to know chat fields have values. You won't be able to copy and paste within the program so you have to type them in here along with the values. The fields that are blank are set to default so I don't need to know those, just the ones with entries.
Once I have the values I can tell you which ones to change.

Try installing the SG patch again. Unzip it in the folder you downloaded it to then double click on the .inf file to have the settings saved to the registry. Reboot your computer then take the Analyzer test again and post the results.
