I was using Kazaa with Windows XP for 2 weeks and all of a sudden, I get this error message asking me I I want to send the error to Microsoft. I select don't send and the program shuts down. Has anyone had this problem and if you did, were you able to correct it.

Kazaa has spyware/ad ware in it and may very well be causing your problem. Have you removed the spyware? If not, get a free copy of adaware here, (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/downloads.html) and run it to remove the spyware as per the instructions. The other alternative, Download Morpheus and do away with Kazaa. They are both the same as far as the interface goes, but Morpheus does not contain spyware. ;)

Ok, I've tried the spyware remover and it did not help. I tried Morpheus and got the same problem. I tried system restore to a point I knew it worked fine. It worked once the later when I tried going on Kazaa again, I got the same freeken message. What the deal with Microsoft, can't they do anything right.

Dump Kazaa. Do a full uninstall and remove all registry references associated with it. Get Morpheus 1.3 and go for it. I am using Morpheus 1.3 right now and have not had any problems whatsoever.

I had the same problem. I figured out that it was Tweak XP causing the problem. I activated the ad blocking feature in tweak XP and ever since then, Kazaa wouldn't open and I would get countless script errors when surfing the net. I uninstalled/reinstalled and deactivated the ad blocking feature of tweak XP...back in business!

You should all still dump Kazaa. Kazaa=SPYWARE!

When installing Kazaa, you have the option to install or not install, several applications with the tool. The additional applications, which are not needed to find files, are the applications that are spyware.
